For those who are looking for a little more than Swedish, but don’t like the intensity of a full body deep tissue massage. This massage can be as relaxing as you’d like. Areas of concern are addressed with firmer pressure and trigger point massage techniques. This service still features the relaxing benefits of aromatherapy, warm packs, towels and hot stones.

Deep Tissue Massage

Using stronger pressure focused on trigger points in the muscle tissue, this technique is ideal for the active person or those needing relief from extended soreness or tightness. Targeted stretches increase range of motion. Carefully placed hot stones and warm herbal packs relieve muscle tension as well.

Prenatal Massage

This massage creates a quiet and comforting experience, resulting in deep relaxation for both mother and baby. Relieves tension in the back and hips and water retention in the legs, soothing mind, body and spirit. A specially designed massage pillow allows you to lie face down, if desired.
